Start with a white base and a choice of red, blue, or gold solid color landing zone with three stamp heads and ink pads.
Then, make a stamp with a whole bunch of independently moving frames on it, and each frame can rotate 360 degrees as well.
Have a website where people can customize their diaper. For a visual reference, sew Fantasy Name Generators' Coat of Arms creator but significantly toned down. Print only in black linework; more colors and fill colors can come later after proof of market viability.
Third, print in batches of ten and charge a market standard price.

Someone, please, tell me this is even possible, engineering-wise

#DumbIdea I just had. Usb-C Toaster.
Unlikely to work. Toasters generally use 1100watt, usb-c PD maxes out at 240watts, and ideally I'd want to use a power bank which usually max out at 45watts.
That said, my pinecil soldering iron works great, just gets to temp slower. I wonder if you could make a one sided toaster and just toast one side at a time. Or micro-convection oven.

Inspiration: my work doesn't have a toaster because of "insurance" and "fire" and "some people are too stupid to live"
