14missionI've been vaguely aware that the is a Nevada County Narrow Gauge Railroad museum (note: Nevada County is in California) for a long time, but never been.
I'd heard that it was associated with a hotel, and figured maybe they just had a loop of track around there property.
I was in the area, picking up my kid from a #UnitarianUniversalist youth thing, and stopped by to check it out. It's not huge but it has legit train ride through the woods and some interesting equipment, like this #NarrowGauge #Railbus (maybe not quite big enough to count as a #Doodlebug but I'm going to use the hashtags because doodlebug fans will like it anyway). Every 2nd Sunday of the month is a Steamup Sunday, which was today, but alas I only had time to take pictures.
