Il Tempo: Lavoro, De Luca (Cno Consulenti Lavoro): "Centrali per aziende, sfida è contrastare inverno demografico"
Torino, 21 mar. - (Adnkronos) - "Sono stati momenti di riflessione, di approfondimento su tutto ciò che sta attorno al mondo dei consulenti del lavoro". Soddisfatto Rosario De Luca, presidente Cno Consulenti del Lavoro, per la partecipazione a 'Dentro il Futuro', l'evento che ha riunito l'assemblea Cpo e il congresso interregionale dei consulenti del lavoro Piemonte Valle d'Aosta, tenutosi alle Ogr di Torino. "La nostra categoria, che è centrale rispetto alle dinamiche aziendali, non può non soffermarsi in questo momento su quella che è la transizione digitale, su quello che è l'arrivo di direttive comunitarie, come quella sulla trasparenza retributiva, o sul tema della riforma degli ordini professionali", dice.
"La posizione dei consulenti del lavoro è abbastanza semplice: siamo in un mercato del lavoro che ha un dinamismo particolare, molto positivo in questi ultimi tempi, però bisogna guardare al mismatch che riscontriamo con le aziende che assistiamo, cioè l'assenza di figure particolarmente specializzate, e su questo c'è molto da lavorare anche con l'accademia, anche con la formazione tecnica. Importante poi il tema dell'inverno demografico, sempre più in rilievo: secondo l'Istat l'assenza di giovani nel mondo del lavoro semplicemente perché 'non nati' sarà di 3 milioni e mezzo, e anche su questo bisognerà lavorare".
"Noi pensiamo che spingere sul lavoro femminile possa essere certamente una buona soluzione di compromesso - conclude De Luca - Per fare questo c'è bisogno di servizi alla famiglia che arrivino dal territorio. In ogni caso, quello del mondo della consulenza del lavoro è un mondo che sta assolutamente al centro delle dinamiche aziendali, e da eventi come questo emerge proprio questa centralità".

“The position of employment consultants is quite simple: we are in a labor market that has a particular dynamism, very positive in recent times, but we must look at the mismatch we encounter with the companies we assist, that is, the absence of particularly specialized figures, and there is a lot to work on with academia, with technical training as well. The theme of the demographic winter, increasingly in the spotlight, is also important: according to Istat, the absence of young people in the world of work simply because ‘they were not born’ will be 3.5 million, and we will also need to work on this.”
“We believe that pushing for female employment can certainly be a good compromise solution – concludes De Luca – To do this, there is a need for family services that come from the territory. In any case, the world of employment consulting is a world that is absolutely at the center of company dynamics, and it is precisely this centrality that emerges from events like this.”
