Bought 5 tickets for Fårup Sommerland including a senior ticket for my dad in his 80s. On the day my dad didn't feel up to going and I was very surprised that FS refused any kind of refund for the unused ticket.
Avoid prepaying for tickets if you have any plans of going. Any prepayment discount is quickly lost if you cannot use all of the tickets.
Will not be going next year.
Lastminute.com has got to be the worst travel site to deal with. Have been trying to add luggage for 3 days unsuccessfully.
Unfortunately, Norwegian won't add luggage as booked through lastminute.com - and they (LM) won't add luggage as they cannot contact me on my number. Have double checked several times and the number is correct. I have no missed calls.

Write them a letter the old-fashioned but legally regulated way: by snail mail!
Include all relevant details, and be as accurate, precise, and non-insulting as possible.
Don’t forget: when you’re done, save the file or take a photo of the paper.
Make sure to remind them every month or year, per your anger levels!

I bring in my car to the dealership for two services:
1 - A recall (this requires the dealer)
2 - an oil and filter change (I could get this done anywhere, but want to combine the visit).
The service department identifies almost four thousand dollars of additional service they want to perform. Some small fraction of it is necessary.
Then I get a call from the dealership wanting to buy my car. I tell them no. They persist. I tell them no. They persist. I hang up.
This is why people don't like going to the dealership stealership ! Respect your customers and they will love you. Treat them like this? They will avoid you.

Customer needs assistance with leaving his CHOSEN pickup store well the fuck enough ALONE so that he goes to the correct store on the first try. If anything, default to the last store that I purchased something from, and rank those said stores by frequency.
