@PaulBusch An excellent idea. The big issues faced by the country ought to be debated in Parliament, and the job losses and contraction of the economy we see are among the biggest issues at the moment.

The UCP is hosting Danielle Smith for a members only "town hall" in Olds on June 24, 2026 with newly minted Agriculture and Irrigation Minister Tara Sawyer.
Giving Sawyer that role while building a massive water-intensive data centre and gas power plant in her riding is an interesting play.
Word on the street is that RJ Sigurdson was a pretty good advocate for agriculture, but now he's been sent to - you guessed it - Affordability and Utilities - which includes power plants! 👀
