Just seen an email from Brighton Marathon organisers wishing me all the best for the race tomorrow.
A bit of a sad one as was hoping tomorrow would be my second marathon ever, this one running in my hometown - sadly my recovery journey wasn't complete in time.

Worked with ChatGPT to put together a customised 9-week #10K #running plan for the #BrightonMarathon 10K in early April.
Iβm going to use my Tuesday #GoodGym session as one of my three runs a week. And add in a couple of #FIIT yoga and bodyweight strength classes on non-running days.
Week 1 starts on Monday. With a rest day. Not a bad way to start π
#DragQueens #JoeBlack and #AlfieOrdinary will be the official starters of the #BrightonMarathon weekend, which includes the #MiniMile on Saturday and the #Marathon and #BM10K on Sunday. Over 12,000 people are expected to participate, turning the city into a bustling hub of #Running activity.
