Accidentally walked five miles because I was mad, like #bpd mad, and (ironically) was trying to be healthy about coping, only I don’t have the capacity for that much physical activity, especially when it’s 85° and sunny, so when I got home I threw up and then passed out.
Anyway this was three days ago and I still feel dead. I’d love to recover already but at least it’ll maybe cool down soon🤞🥹
