Donald RoyI had best declare an interest in that #wandsworth - where I live - is one of the #boroughs in #innerlondon most affected. If pushed I would be willing to campaign in a local referendum for an increase of more than 5% in council tax if the alternative were major cuts in services. I might not like doing so but would be inclined to prefer the unpalatable to the disastrous!
