Here in the #Philippines, babies born on February 29th are moved to March 1st.
If I remember correctly, it was made into a law, or something, to avoid this #LeapDay issue in official government documents, but culturally/socially not required.
I'm not sure how it is in other countries. Is it similar? They're legally moved to March 1st or February 28th?
