Friend from Hungary at #bids2023 mentioned: she loves that so much French is spoken and France seems to be very involved.

Leaving after the social we found ourselfs joining the subway within a group of 20 french speaking professionals by accident.

Love it :)

Wohoo bash against github at #bids2023 in a question.

Why a bash? R-Community has tested and good quality places, why woudl anyone "only" publish on github, and not on well maintained and trusted repositories :)

In the #JRC talk.

(It is less a rant against github, but to the habit of having a lovely mixture of codequality there, from only readme to broken code, up to awesome CI/CD code)

I am at #bids2023 in #Vienna if anyone wants to meet.

I really love to see so many folks I have been following here, met on my journey dabbling into earth observation as a computer science student with limited geo background, the many names on tutorials and posts, and the open source folks building a lot of stuff for this important field.

Yesterday was already awesome and it was just satellite even ;)
