Bartman was a strange thing. Barely appeared in the show at all and the song 'Do the Bartman' has nothing to do with this persona. But I still have nostalgia for it for some reason

Again decent articulation on the body, head just on a swivel. Slingshot falls out of his hand too easy. Will try to fix that. Address placed on his cape, not even on his shirt where it could be hidden by the cape. Will try remove it
