Already wasn't sure whether to run the Arc 50 again, or train for a spring road marathon. Think this might tip me towards the latter.
These finish line photos by the incredible Will Harper-Penrose perfectly sum up the #Arc50 for me. Totally broken, but utter joy at having completed the UK's toughest 50 miler.
I could post loads of photos, but they don't convey just how beautiful (and brutal!) the Cornish coast path is.
I could write paragraphs about the amazing team at #MudCrew that put on this fabulous event, but it would always feel inadequate.
And then you read everyone else's stories. Wow.

Chris Thompson (he/him)@Sourdough the #ArcOfAttrition is definitely on my list. I’m generally drawn to #ultras because I like being in the places they are, but the Arc has a grim appeal. I have a few ideas, but I’ll get through 2023 first 😆
