@realDonaldTrump

You can tell that #Trump is scared of #Musk. After Musk started attacking the #disgustingabomination that is the #maga's #BigBeautifulBill, it took over 24 hrs for Trump to post anything and when he finally posted something it was #anemic and #pathetic. #trumpisderanged

#KilltheBill

I felt a bit meh during my last few #running races. Could not push hard on uphills and constantly short of breath. So I went to get my blood tests done. #Anemic. Very low iron levels. Very low #hemoglobin. Explains few things. Scheduled on iron infusion and bought 100mg(!) Iron tablets plus #Vegan multivitamin complex.

Don't be like me. Get yourself checked regularly to make sure.

@agenderfox

Hey there. What would you say are the symptoms of #anemia / being #anemic ?

Would you have known if you hadn't had the lab work ordered?

What can you do to combat it?

Tell me more when you get a chance if you're able please @aspensmonster

I'm not sure how to find it super quick, but Dec 12-23 (my profile timeline)I was in the hospital trauma ward.

Haven't felt right since then. Now they tell me I'm #anemic
I was down some blood at that time, but it seems like it should have come back by now!

I mean, I was bleeding internally from an artery that was severed from a broken rib.

Anyone think it's possible i could [still] be bleeding internally? Meh. Anything is possible. So that's a trick question. Those LLM's cause me to #trustnoone
What are the psych's going to call that condition 20 yrs from now?

You'd be surprised at how little the Dr's see when you're standing right in front of them.

Sitting here thinking about how physically ill I feel. I don't know how to describe it. What's anemic feel like? I need to look it up.

Doesn't it seem like a doctor should tell the patient some stuff about something like that, vs the patient receiving a call from the lab stating, "it looks like you're #anemic "

🤔

Me: Why am I so tired? I'm only been up for six hours!

Also Me: *has not had iron in a week*

Health is all about energy.
Absolutely intriguing information – this guy has knowledge that will make you think and ponder for days. His reasoning and logic is incredible and sound, better yet, he has the research to back it up. Morley Robbins research is contrarian to the general belief about health and healing, he deep dives into science and research to solve the modern day most wide-spread health issue - why are so many fatigued? Tackling common misunderstandings about iron and anemia, explaining the super importance of copper and vitamin A, showing why magnesium is so needed, so much to learn.
Yes it do get technical and there is a lot of words you have not heard before being used, but hang on, the journey into the cell and the mitochondria will open your understanding of why so many people feel so tired and have health issues.

Hierarchy of reactive oxygen species – by Gutteridge and Hallowell:
A natural bi-product of metabolism that we want to stop from converting from reactive oxygen species to oxidative stress by having our iron and copper levels more balanced. Copper cleans the exhaust of iron and oxygen.

Reactive oxygen species is called stage one
Oxidative stress is called stage two
Even more oxidative stress lead to Inflammation and that is called stage three
Accumulation of so much oxidative stress lead to cytotoxicity or cancer and is called stage four

This builds on the revelation from Otto Warburgs research on cancer as a metabolic disease – “the Warburg effect” - en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Otto_Hei… which in recent time is promoted by Dr. Thomas Seyfried. Morley Robbins takes this idea even further and explains why the breakdown of the cellular respiratory system happen through his understanding of copper, iron, oxygen and retinol.

Iron Overload / You're NOT Anemic | The Root Cause w/ Morley Robbins Pt. 1

We had the pleasure to chat with Morley Robbins, the founder of The Root Cause Protocol. Morley's come to believe that "oxidative stress" (inflammation) is the root cause of all disease, and the root cause of oxidative stress is "cellular dysfunction" which is caused by an imbalance of 1) Magnesium 2) Copper and 3) Iron. In this conversation, Morley (the "Magnesium Man") reviews the basics of "iron overload" as he begins to paint the picture of how these minerals have a very delicate relationship, and how we can start taking back control of our own health. Morley also provides explanation for why he believes anemia is not actually caused by "iron deficiency". This is part 1 of a multiple video series so stay tuned for next video where we'll discuss all things magnesium. TIME STAMPS 0:00 -- Intro 1:30 – Morley Robbin’s Story 6:30 – How did the iron overload problem start? Starting way way back. 11 – how iron affects the mitochondria 15 - when did ‘anemia’ classification start and how was it originally defined? 18:30 – what happens to iron during pregnancy? 20 – relationship between hemoglobin and iron & the 3 ways of measuring iron levels 23 – how iron is recycled & how much iron we actually need from our diet 27:55 – 3 iron markers typically tested & what blood tests are used to diagnose anemia 29:30 – why we don’t want too much ferritin in our blood 31 – why you don’t have iron deficiency. THE MEAT & THE POTATOES 31:45 - How did we all become copper deficient? What is the number 1 nutrient deficiency in the soil? 34:37 – what are the components required for photosynthesis? 37:35 – how is glyphosate related to copper deficiency? 41:35 – why there is confusion about having low iron. 42:25 – iron in blood vs iron in tissues. Why people think we have iron deficiency 42:26 – how to measure iron in the tissue 45 – why you have iron stuck in your tissue if you have been told you have an ‘A’ condition: amenorrhea, anemia, Alzheimer’s,… 45:50 – why we need bioavailable Vit A & copper 47:35 – how this all relates to oxidative stress 49:10 – why animals should be eating grass 50:11 – what is in vit c? 51 – Ash tries to give a summary of the discussion so far 51:45 – so we eat less copper, have we been exposed to more iron? 53:42 - why was iron added to food? Is it still happening? 56:05 - Is inorganic iron added to food? 56:50 - Why are the health officials doing this? 57:45 - How can we restore our mineral imbalances? 58:35 - Why is the RDA 18 mg for iron? 1:01 - why do conventional farmers think glyphosate and fertilizer is required? 1:03 - what supplements should you be avoiding 1:05 - what can you do to rebalance iron levels? 1:07:25 - what you should not be supplementing with? 1:08:25 - should we be paying attention to the thyroid or adrenals? 1:10:05 - should you be taking Vit D? 1:14:25 - brief discussion of Morley's Root Cause Protocol, where he lists all of his supplement recommendations 1:17 - Morley's issues with medical books for Western Medicine 1:18:45 - are we all broken? 1:19:35 - roadblocks that will set you back 1:25 - EFT for emotional healing 1:32:40 - take home steps to help rebalance the iron overload and copper deficiency? Supplements? 1:43 - Morley thinks we should be fat fueled, but what he likes about Ray Peat. Can both be right? 1:49:30 - takeaways for reducing stored iron ___________________________________________________________ ___________________________________________________________ THE ROOT CAUSE PROTOCOL: https://therootcauseprotocol.com/ Magnesium Advocacy Group on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/groups/MagnesiumAdvocacy/ Schedule blood and hair test analysis with Morley. Being anemic (hemoglobin under 13 g/dl for males, 12g/dl for females) makes people 2.7x more likely to die if they get #COVID. (And #anemic people are 2.3x more likely to have a severe case.)

1. The hospital coffee is remarkably better.
2. I feel so much stronger this go around #anemic
3. Unlimited fizzy water
@Rtorres81 I was also diagnosed with being #anemic for me they told me it’s because of a B12 deficiency I have because of being #vegan
It is interesting that it might be a #TransWoman thing
