We had an enjoyable day of events related to the 70-year anniversary of the Nobel prize for Frits Zernike, at the University of #Groningen . Lectures with a combination of personal perspectives, historical context and updates about recent impacts stemming from the heritage of the #Zernike phase plates... #microscopy in various forms!

Looking forward to the special events later this week, remembering that 70 years ago Frits Zernike was awarded the Nobel Prize in Physics. These events will take place at the University of #Groningen, but also around the city and province of Groningen. Events will take place on Friday and Saturday, with many microscopes made available to the public. For more information see:

Voorstel voor een Q-Link OV-Ringlijn #Groningen beide richtingen gericht op betere onderlinge verbindingen van de kernen in de schil. Nu moet je in veel gevallen via Hoofdstation met overstap aldaar reizen.
