If you have ever tried and given up, you might need a different #technique or approach:
At the #moment a lot of my practice time after the #settling period is #mantra/#chanting. 

During the settling time I do a sort of seated ‘#Yoga Nidra’ (#Yogic Sleep). I may then use techniques from #Shingon or other #esoteric schools. We future #Buddhas are an #eclectic #sangha of #misfits, #mystics, #worriers and #warriors …

we may
#aspire to a healthy #mind in a #healthy #body … but not have them … Wot then?

Depends the degree of
#disability. For example being a hater, troll etc is a mind disability BUT hating ones physical impairment is #normal.

So some tips:
- do not be a pain or
#enabler of peoples hurt
- be a window pane into a
#better realm
-
#relaxing (even intensely or in #tension) can be #practiced
