1. Today's Sangha Poem. I am incredibly grateful for the poem shared in my Sangha this morning. It hit so deep and felt like a perfect cosmic connection to the exact inner work I am already doing.
2. Identity Reinforcement. I am thankful to be learning about identity reinforcement. It is helping me stick to my boundaries and making me realize that I absolutely can change, as long as I keep supporting this new being I am birthing with aligned actions, words, and thoughts.
3. Healing Herbs. I am grateful for all the herbs I am learning to use right now. They are providing the exact medicine I need to help both my body and my spirit heal.
