Been playing around, #openmediavault only suggest RAID1 or 1+0, #Rockstor fails to install, #XigmaNAS fails install obscurely, so back to #TrueNAS.
Might also have to investigate the boot SSD.
So is anybody using #zvault instead of #truenas?
I want to redo my NAS-Setup soon & was wandering if there is a truenas successor or if I have to look at #xigmanas instead?
I require my NAS to be BSD-Based and I'm not sure if I have the time to just role plain freebsd and get the health monitoring and all right withing a sensable amount of time.
More important to have a stable thing running then the most minimal thing I can build.
