Dr. Roberta Bondar: Canada's First Woman in Space 👩🚀🚀
In 1992, Dr. Roberta Bondar became Canada's first female astronaut in space aboard the Space Shuttle Discovery. A neurologist and researcher, Bondar conducted experiments on the effects of spaceflight on the human body.
