After four years at Oracle, I've decided to embark on a new adventure and am currently seeking new opportunities in the tech world. 🚀

I'm especially on the lookout for roles in Developer Relations/Advocacy or Senior Technical Writing/Docs Management. With two decades as an independent developer and extensive experience in developer relations, I’m passionate about connecting with the developer community and bridging the gap between users and products.

✏️ Senior Technical Writer/Docs Manager: I create clear and insightful documentation, drawing from my extensive writing background, including blogging and working with high-profile publications.

In addition to my writing/advocacy experience, I’m well-versed in programming languages like Ruby, Objective-C, and JavaScript, and I also dabble in Swift and Python. My web development journey spans over 30 years, keeping my skills in HTML and CSS sharp.

@TeamMidwest Eira thanks so much for the response. I am somewhat active on LinkedIn and I posted about being laid off on there too (as well as some other social media). The best responses so far have been on there. I'll edit my post on there to add the #opentowork hashtag. Yeah, I did see some other people in similar situations, so surely I did feel a bit less alone in that sense.
