More recently passionate about #sewing, and eager to learn more #PatternCutting. Building an unwholesome stash of #fabric in the meantime.
Have some basic knowledge of hobby #electronics, just enough to be dangerous, and like tinkering with #RaspberryPi and other #SBC. Love to #repair and #repurpose what others discard. Committed #womble.

I'm #sewing a #hat from a pair of cords I picked up from the local charity shop. The seams were burst and bare patches at the calves made them beyond worthwhile repair.
I'm aiming for a ghillie hat (I forget where I robbed that image from), and making it up as I go along. Quite happy with the shape now, after the first effort would only have fitted Herman Munster.

Look at the title of the first picture of the furnace. :D

We built an aluminium smelter from a broken vacuum cleaner, and a bucket with a hole in it. :D

In later iterations the lining was made from clay we dug from one of the London clay beds. :D

Another good night wombling. :D
