#Dverghold is an old school #Wizardry game that finds unique gameplay from friction. Like, it takes a consumable resource to look at your map, so you devote a lot more energy to learning your surroundings. Or... monsters respawn when you leave the dungeon, but loot doesn't... so you try to stretch your runs out. And a party member might permadie, forcing you to try a new lineup.
