I miss when desktop themes like these were a thing.

I took a look at what's available for #KDEPlasma 6 at https://store.kde.org/browse?cat=114&ord=latest and…they all kinda look the same. 🫤 The only ones that stand out are the ones that mimic old operating systems like Windows 3.1, and none are as exotic looking as some of the #MacOS #themes below.

Where does a guy find all the wild non-rectangular window decorations and whatnot these days?

For all my window decoration stans on there, this is 100% why I don't like window decorations. I have an super ultra-wide monitor and I like playing video games on 50% of the display, but if I did that normally I'd have a titlebar on my game.

Like, I dunno if this is a hot take, but some windows just shouldn't be decorated To be honest, I generally hate titlebars and think they're a waste of space. It's why I like GNOME's CSD initiative, because it condenses the titlebar into the header of the application. Ultimately though, I'd rather have no window controls at all than have a titlebar.

Am I crazy though? Do people like their windowed games having a titlebar?  What do other people with an ultra-wide do?
