Rode this 2-way cycle lane this morning and got a great illustration of car-centric urban planning. I doubt the person who designed this cycles nor even walks except from the car parking place to a door.

This lane just ended. On the right is the wider pedestrian route (peds prefer to walk on the cycle lane for some reason), which ends in --- an underground parking entrance ?!

There is a curb everywhere it ends and a wheelbender rack blocking one end. That's a barrier to me on a recumbent trike with no suspension that has already had issues from me going over a tall curbcut. No curbcuts here, either.
