JensSometimes when you want to edit a wikipage you KNOW you're going in to a battle zone.
I have some good core sources that say for example that the organization CFAR is "cult like" that I want to add to the wiki page.
Issue is, that CFAR is a rationalist SF-based group with a lot of relevant tech folks tied to it who might edit the wikipage and I don't really have the energy to deal with their level of commitment to their own cause.
But here goes...

Wikipedia ist die vielleicht wichtigste Webseite unserer Demokratie. Eine Internet-Utopie, wo jede und jeder freien Zugang zu Wissen hat. Und sogar selbst mitschreiben darf. Doch das System ist fragil. Rechtsextreme haben die Offenheit Wikipedias genutzt, um Informationen und Diskurse unerkannt zu manipulieren. Mutmaßlich schrieben sie mithilfe von hunderten von Fake Account Artikel zur deutschen Geschichte um, erfanden Fakten, relativierten den Holocaust – bis sich ihnen eine Handvoll Wikipedianer*innen mutig entgegenstellte. Ob die Täter wirklich gestoppt wurden, ist bis heute nicht klar. Die Investigativjournalisten Christoph Schattleitner und Daniel Laufer nehmen im Podcast Sockenpuppenzoo die Spur auf und fragen: Was sind das für Menschen, die hinter diesem Angriff stecken? Und können wir Wikipedia heute wirklich noch vertrauen?
