Schön, daß #google bei der Browser-Entscheidung hilft. #chrome fliegt jetzt von all meinen Geräten. Auch die Instanzen zum Testen. Nicht zuletzt, weil ich keine Produkte mehr von #gafam nutzen will.

Und wenn meine Websiteprojekte im Chrome fehlerhaft sind, dann ist das eben so. Ich überlege zudem, ein "no chrome / no chrome support" Symbol auf die Seiten zu setzen.

So no.

Just get #Firefox and add some basic #plugins (tho these should be integrated per default!)...

With the looming dread of Web DRM being proposed by Google, it is important that people know the facts even if you aren't that all tech savvy, it pretty much will dictate what sites you can view and if your computers are deemed "legitimate" when accessing content, and quite possibly outright block you from viewing sites at all if you happen to use Ad Blockers in your browser and if you're not using Google's own Chromium browser, or any Chromium based browser that is pre-whitelisted such as Microsoft Edge, Opera, Safari or stock Chrome.

Die drastischen Worte sind in diesem Fall mal angebracht. Wer mit etwas Softwareentwicklungs-Erfahrung sich den "Vorschlag" von Google anschaut (so kompliziert ist er nicht), erkennt sofort, was sich damit anstellen lässt und wie Googles Mär von "Antibetrugsfunktionen" u.ä. diese Funktionalität verschleiert.

Nicht umsonst gaben knapp 550 Entwickler auf einer Entwicklungsplattform ein 👍 für den Kommentar "Don't".
