Когда фотон ультрафиолета врезается в кожу, он несёт энергию порядка 3–4 электронвольт. Этого достаточно, чтобы порвать химические связи в ДНК, устроить мутацию и запустить процесс, который в лучшем случае закончится морщинами, а в очень маловероятном худшем — записью к онкологу. Солнцезащитные фильтры есть двух типов: физические и химические. Физические работают как комплексный барьер. Минеральные частицы оксида цинка или диоксида титана блокируют ультрафиолет во всём диапазоне сразу тремя способами — поглощают, рассеивают и отражают фотоны ещё до того, как те доберутся до живых клеток. Причём поглощают они до 95% энергии, но делают это не отдельными молекулами, а всей своей кристаллической решёткой. Химические — поглощают энергию фотона на молекулярном уровне. Молекулы-фильтры её захватывают, переходят в возбуждённое состояние и сбрасывают в виде тепла, не давая дойти до ДНК. Большинство современных кремов комбинируют оба механизма. guy,in,a,hatSo for my #dlp #cyanotype enlarger, I need to basically reduce the amount of absorbed #UV in the #optics. As an optical engineer, I know that #aluminum is pretty good for #UVA and #UVB. And look at how good a #mirror it has to be. It's literally a piece of #soda can! This #LED is 50w, it can make these old coupons go to Prussian white in just 2 seconds at the source. At around 2.5" for 30 to 50 seconds with and without the mirror it can turn the coupon white.
