In Aotearoa NZ we joke about being #TwoDegrees from anyone else. If NZ police ask if I'm connected to a guy who owns a gun the answer will be Yes.

Police use SearchX to assess risks posed by suspects. In a trial, SearchX instantly found 15 times more connections to associates or firearms than previous methods.

This seems like a big overreach with little validity. Will any young brown person be pinged? Or any farmer?
