(Adnkronos) - "Siamo ormai alla terza edizione, ogni tappa una capitale delle repubbliche marinare, la prossima, se il calendario dovesse consentircelo, arriveremo alla quarta. È l'obiettivo del Governo di affidare alla letteratura il compito di promuovere la cultura del mare. Questo significa dare al mare un'anima identitaria, culturale, non solo ambientale, non solo economica". E' quanto ha dichiarato il ministro per la Protezione civile e le Politiche del mare Nello Musumeci partecipando oggi a Pisa, nella Sala delle Baleari di Palazzo Gambacorta, alla III edizione della rassegna letteraria 'Pagine d’aMare', promossa e organizzata in collaborazione con il Ministero della Cultura e, per il 2026, con il Comune di Pisa.

Il Tempo: Meteo Giuliacci, ecco le piogge. Quando arriva il caldo

Il mese di maggio si preannuncia meteorologicamente molto movimentato, secondo le ultime analisi di Meteo Giuliacci. Ci aspetta infatti una lunga fase piovosa alternata a due periodi caratterizzati da un caldo quasi estivo. La prima ondata di instabilità colpirà l'Italia tra giovedì 7 e venerdì 8 maggio, quando la perturbazione già presente sulla Penisola porterà ancora rovesci e temporali sulle Alpi, sulle regioni di Nord-Ovest, sulla Sardegna e su buona parte del Centro, con l'esclusione della Toscana; in questo frangente le temperature massime scenderanno sotto i 20 gradi al Centro-Nord, tanto che, come sottolinea l'esperto, si sentirà un po' di freddo, mentre al contrario in Puglia e Sicilia si toccheranno punte di 23-26 gradi.
Dopo una nuova perturbazione attesa per venerdì 8 con piogge diffuse al Centro-Sud e un sabato 9 di tempo migliore, l'attenzione si sposterà sulla fase tra domenica 10 e sabato 16 maggio, definita un'altra fase piovosa che interesserà soprattutto tutta l'Italia, con una particolare insistenza sulle regioni del Nord e quelle tirreniche. In questa settimana il termometro subirà un sensibile calo al Centro-Nord, ma tra l'11 e il 12 maggio si verificherà una fiammata africana al meridione, con le temperature massime che raggiungeranno punte di 27-30 gradi su Puglia e Sicilia. Infine, la tendenza per la terza parte del mese, tra il 17 e il 20 maggio, vede il ritorno dell'alta pressione e del bel tempo generalizzato, con temperature massime in rialzo su tutta l'Italia e valori che supereranno quasi ovunque i 25 gradi, segnando il definitivo passaggio a condizioni più stabili.

Non esiste una biglietteria online ma solo i botteghini, e le condizioni fatiscenti dello stadio e del campo hanno portato a un rinvio e a un mese di esilio forzato. Il Comune vorrebbe ampliarlo, ma l'ipotesi di un nuovo stadio ha scatenato la rivolta dei tifosi Franjirrojos.
La tifoseria e l'identità sociale
La tifoseria di quella che è chiamata la "Stalingrado di Spagna" è prevalentemente di sinistra. I Bukaneros, ultras antifascisti, provengono da un centro sociale vicino allo stadio. Non a caso Pablo Iglesias, leader di Podemos, è nato a Vallecas ed è tifoso del Rayo.
Un'impresa che cambia la mappa europea
Grazie all'impresa del Rayo Vallecano, la Spagna è certa di una quinta squadra in Champions League e, in caso di successo in finale, potrebbe ottenere anche una terza squadra in Europa League.
