This Robert Reich piece is a week and a half old; but I just read it for the first time and it is well worth reposting.

The press isn't doing its job, Congress isn't doing its job, the cabinet isn't doing its job, and the Supreme Court thinks forcing right-wing doctrine down our throats is its job. The People have got to act.

The President of the United States posted this video last night. He did so just moments after making a graphical post labelling the Democrats "the party of Hate, Evil, and Satan."

The attachment shows the entire Top Stories header of the resulting hitlist. Trump has tamed the United States press to such an extreme that it cannot be relied on to report objectively on him. This practice, generally, has taken on the name, "sanewashing." There is even a Wikipedia page about this form of journalistic lack of integrity and sickness. My Google search turned up this article.
