Note how no one at any point has denied Colorado's finding of fact that Trump is, in fact, an insurrectionist. That he is responsible for the insurrection attempt on January 6th and is therefore legally considered a traitor to the United States. No, the only thing they argue is that it doesn't matter and he can't be taken off the ballot or prohibited from serving under the Fourteenth Amendment because...reasons.
