Recently reading about some #TraumaResponsive and #HealingJustice approaches, and thinking about researchers as #healers. Healing can be an unintentional outcome of work, but how (and should) it be intentional? Obviously most researchers aren't trained healthcare professionals, but can we be healers in a more general way?
