First day back training after 2 months since last training. Absolutely beyond exhausted! But great group & so lovely to do over 3 days. Intro to relational & developmental trauma.

Last weekend of summer break before back in full swing to work on Monday. Getting some of my laminates and fidgets ready for a face to face in Tower Hamlets on Monday and Tuesday.
