A bandsaw is one of the essential tools to have, ideally an old cast iron model that can be restored. After all, that is what I enjoy much. Thanks to a local bidding site I managed to grab hold of an old, but heavily modified band saw on the cheap. Through it came with the biggest issue of how to move about 300 kilo's of heavy metal across half the country while playing heavy metal. So getting an Pulley that is the required dimensions is hard. The current pulley is 40/60/80mm with a bore of 16 mm. However the 3 step pulley gives a too course of a control and together with an price of 200 euros for a new set of pulleys, its time to design our own.
