Just installed LMDE 6 “Faye” on my trusty ThinkPad X220 — and I’m impressed.
Even in 2025, this laptop still runs like a champ. LMDE is super light, clean, and doesn't suffer from the systemd bloat I’ve seen elsewhere.

Boot time is under 20 seconds, thermals stay cool, and battery life is surprisingly solid with TLP tweaks. Anyone else still using X220 in 2025?
