LoungagnaI just started using #sway on #wayland for #endeavouros
When in #TeamsForLinux , or #bravebrowser , I lose the mouse/focus. Whatever I try, the window seems to ignore my click.
What’s going on?
@linuxallday Probably, this one application is #Gnote and #SimpleScan, which I frequently use for note-taking. All other applications that I rely on are cross-platform: #Thunderbird, #Firefox, #LibreOffice, #R, #RStudio, #Stata, #Zotero, #Xodo #PDFStudio (formerly Qoppa), #Inkscape, #Gimp, #Geany, #Zoom, #TeamsforLinux, #Webex
@adingbatponder An alternative is `teams-for-linux` https://search.nixos.org/packages?show=teams-for-linux, an (unofficial) Electron wrapper around Microsoft's (official) webapp.
I've used if for a while now and it's not worse than the native client was or than the web app in a browser is: It has mostly the same bugs (like DM tabs sometimes looking wrongly empty until you restart the client) and #usability / #UX issues that these two have, too.
