सीरिया सिविल वार के बीच इजरायल का बड़ा एक्शन, 11 मिलियन के फंड को दी मंजूरी; कब्जा की जमीन पर होगा प्रयोग

Seriya Civil War: सीरिया में गृह युद्ध चरम पर है। देश में तख्तापलट हो चुका है और अब तक राष्ट्रपति रहे बशर अल-असद को भागकर रूस जाना पड़ा है। इस बीच इजरायल ने सीरिया से लगते गोलान हाइट्स के एक बड़े इलाके पर नियंत्रण कर लिया है। इसके अलावा गोलान हाइट्स में आबादी का समीकरण भी बदलने की पूरी तैयारी है। इजरायली पीएम बेंजामिन नेतन्याहू की अध्यक्षता में रविवार को कैबिनेट ने 11 मिलियन डॉलर के एक फंड को मंजूरी दी है। इसके तहत वहां पर कॉलोनी बसाई जाएंगी, उद्योगों को विकसित किया जाएगा और एक स्टूडेंट विलेज भी बनेगा। इसके माध्यम से वहां यहूदियों की आबादी में इजाफा किया जाएगा ताकि संतुलन स्थापित हो सके।

फिलहाल गोलान हाइट्स में यहूदी और ड्रूज की 50-50 फीसदी आबादी है। नेतन्याहू कैबिनेट का कहना है कि यह राशि शिक्षा, नवीकरणनीय ऊर्जा, स्टूडेंट विलेज की स्थापना में खर्च की जाएगी। इसके तहत वहां नए नागरिकों को बसाया जाएगा। इससे आबादी संतुलित होगी। नेतन्याहू ने कैबिनेट मीटिंग के बाद कहा कि गोलान हाइट्स में खुद को ताकतवर बनाना एक तरह से इजरायल को ही मजबूत करना है। उन्होंने कहा कि इस समय यह बेहद जरूरी है। हम अपने इस एजेंडे पर आगे बढ़ते रहेंगे।

इजरायल का कहना है कि यह प्लान फिलहाल उसके नियंत्रण वाले इलाके के लिए ही है। इजरायल ने 1967 की मशहूर 6 दिनों की जंग में गोलान हाइट्स के इलाके को जीता था। यह जंग उसने सीरिया समेत अरब के कई देशों के खिलाफ अकेले ही लड़ी थी। इसका 1981 में इजरायल ने विलय कर लिया था। ज्यादातर अरब देश इजरायल की ओर से कब्जाए गए इस इलाके को मंजूरी नहीं देते हैं, लेकिन अमेरिका की ओर से 2019 में इसे इजरायली इलाके के तौर पर मंजूरी दे दी थी। अरब देशों ने तो इजरायल के इस नए कदम पर भी तीखी प्रतिक्रिया जाहिर की है।

सऊदी अरब ने इजरायल के इस कदम को सीरिया के खिलाफ साजिश करार दिया है। सऊदी अरब के विदेश मंत्रालय ने कहा कि इजरायल ने सीरिया में जारी अस्थिरता का फायदा उठाने के लिए यह कदम उठाया है। उसने कहा कि यह इजरायल के कब्जे की कोशिश का एक नया कदम है।
