In a scene that reflects the depth of the tragedy, cries of hunger are rising from the streets of besieged Gaza, where children and adults alike are screaming: "We want to eat", "More than two days without food", "We tied stones to our stomachs", amid a catastrophic humanitarian situation that is getting worse day by day.

These cries are not passing, but rather a direct result of a suffocating siege imposed by the occupation, coinciding with a systematic war of extermination ongoing for more than 600 days that has destroyed all the foundations of life in the Strip, and deprived more than two million people of food, water, medicine and shelter.

Despite the clarity of the tragedy, the international community continues its silence and complicity, contenting itself with pale statements and unable to stop this catastrophe that represents a crime against humanity committed in full view and hearing of the world.

Israeli Channel 12: First release: Senior #Israeli health officials refused to prepare a partial list of prisoners if a deal was reached to release them. These officials explained that after approximately 600 days in #Hamas captivity, the condition of all prisoners is considered humanitarian, and therefore the priority of release cannot be determined based on their medical condition. They noted that there are many standards that the health agency does not have, such as family conditions, the cases of torture to which they were subjected, and whether they are held alone or with others. All of this makes it difficult to determine who has priority to release.
