Opposition leader, Peter Dutton, has demanded a revamp of the Australian Maths syllabus to ensure that more emphasis is put on division.

”It is totally unacceptable that the average Australian kid leaves school knowing how to add and multiply but not divide,” said the Opposition leader. ”I promise the Australian people I will be the one to divide the nation.”

”Anthony Albanese hasn’t done enough to divide this nation, that’s for sure.”

When asked when he would be releasing his education policy or in fact any policy, the Opposition leader said: ”In good time, I will release a suite of policies that have been approved by the party and Gina.”

”Of course, we will also ask for sign off from Lachlan and Rupert.”

”I bet Albo can’t say that.”

@timrichards Many things annoy me, many many things... it'd be quicker prolly if i listed stuff wot doesn't annoy me 😜 . This bullshit lie is right up there:

treat housing like they treated climate change – that nothing is better than something

"Nothing" is only the outcome if #ShitLiteParty refuse all negotiations & compromise, which is what happened before & might be happening again now. The ucking gall of these bastards to blame Greens for their own arrogant obstinacy. Minority govt is roaring down the tracks at them!

One half of the nation’s favourite Duopoly have today moved to calm down this whole ‘price gouging’ PR crisis.

With the Australian Competition And Consumer Commission threatening legal action against Woolworths and Coles for being price-gouging dogs, the Green Team have decided to make the ACCC an offer the can’t refuse.

A rare vintage Blue SPIRIT Mufasa Ooshie.

That’s right, literally one of the hardest Ooshie’s to get your hands on!

An Ooshie that could cause two suburban mum’s to throw hands at the counter over its possession.

The incredibly generous offer comes after months of negative headlines about the supermarkets behaviour in the middle of a cost of living crisis.

Both Coles and Woolworths have posted consecutive years of billion dollar profits, despite apparently being forced to up their prices to combat ‘logistical and supply costs.’

The ACCC also found the companies did things like sharply raise the prices of products for a short period of time before ‘price dropping them’ to way more than the original price.

That has lead to the ACCC launching legal action and threatening ‘heavy penalties’ – in seperate cases against the companies.

However, it’s believed Woolworths is now hoping to have the action dropped, with a very juicy special offer for the ACCC.

“You’d be mad not to take it,” said a spokesperson for Woolworths.

“We are operating exactly like a profit-driven company in a capitalist society should operate.”

“Everyone pretending like we need to have some moral and social compass should get their heads read.”

“The ACCC should accept our Ooshie offer and get back to chasing dodgy solar panel installers.”

The ACCC is yet to comment on the offer.

More to come.

Prime Minister Anthony Albanese is reportedly reconsidering the government’s position on negative gearing this week after early estimates suggest the savings could be used to purchase an additional submarine from the Americans.

The abolition of negative gearing could save the taxpayer upwards of $50bn with the flick of a pen but so far, previous governments have been unmotivated to renege on Peter Costello’s fiscal fellatio for property investors.

They have been unmotivated because various news media outlets have suggested it will cause irreparable damage to the supply of housing and kill the motivation for property investment, which will put people out on the street, allegedly.

Instead of purchasing property with the goal of renting it out at either a loss or to generate income, people could purchase property to simply live in, which is a left-wing concept according to those same media outlets.

Nevertheless, Anthony Albanese could be shaping up to be the first leader in a generation to have a positive intergenerational impact upon the Australian people. Not because he’s keen to actually help people overcome the existential problem of stable, affordable housing.

“Another submarine could be useful,” the Prime Minister told The Advocate during our fortnightly strategy meeting.

“I mean, we’re only buying them for two reasons, really. To deter and destroy. We’ve sent so much ore over to China and India, instead of building buildings, they’ve built warships. Now, we need something to sink those warships, which is why we got these submarines. They’re the Cadillac of subs, too. Not the Ford Fairline. Nor the extremely effeminate French ones that Malcolm wanted. They’re the real deal,”

“Not they’re telling me cutting negative gearing could save us enough money to buy an additional one? I’m listening.”

@alancrawfordsaid @Bot4Sale I simply disagree. Demographics suggests otherwise. Despite my massive contempt for the bulk of Strayans (given, eg, the racist defeat of the #Referendum, the fact that the #ShitParty is not polling in low single digits, etc), the demographic shift seems to imply that in one or two elections' time, a #ShitLiteParty minority govt with #TheGreens & #ProgIndies is possible.
