More overgrowth and obstruction on an off-road shared use path reported. Why are these routes allowed to get into such a state? I haven't been this way for a while, but it's rarely properly clear.

Well, I was right to not hold my breath. #WarwickshireCountyCouncil have indeed cleared the overgrowth, but they've paid no attention to the potentially unlawful, outdated, and ultimately pointless barrier. No surprises there.

When it comes to shared use infrastructure, how short is too short? Perhaps when it's only a few metres, flanked on either side by a regular footpath (i.e., not designated for cycling), and where the path on the opposite side has a proper and useful (if poor considering modern standards) shared use

Question: Is there such a thing as a 2-way #SharedUsePath in the street?
My town wants to paint lines in the street on one side of the road for #bicycles and #pedestrians to use in a residential neighborhood, because the residents don't want sidewalks forced on them.
