So after this little mise-en-jambe, time to head back home.
Route was slightly more northward, good mix of gravel road and unfrequented road. 1st part in Beaujolais mountains, last part in the plains.
The bike was good, maybe too stiff (I think it's aluminium frame and carbon fork). And single plateau definitely not enough.
Legs quite tired, arse on fire, stiff neck and painful wrists. Pbly some mild sunburns too.
Will do it again.

My morning run was an easy run on the beach with some exercises mixed in: squats, wall sits and step-ups.
I also scored a squadratinho in the dunes that had been looking at me for some time now. And the cherry on the cake was a beautiful pre dawn sky.
