**Join us April 8th at 7pm for a community meeting to discuss the fight to keep data centers out of Maryland and keep energy affordable for our families.** Marylanders' energy bills are increasing as data centers are being proposed and built here and in Virginia. To make matters worse, Governor Moore is suggesting we build more toxic gas plants and expensive nuclear reactors to power these data centers. **Join us to talk about how we can fight to keep data centers, gas plants, and nuclear facilities out of our backyards.** What to expect: During the call, we'll discuss recently introduced legislation for a national moratorium on new data centers, as well as how we're working county by county to stop them locally. We'll also cover how building new gas and nuclear plants is not the answer to keeping energy rates down in the state. We hope to see you there!

Indivisible Route 1 Corridor invites you to join our weekly Wednesday afternoon honk 'n wave (aka sign wave) at the intersection of Route 1 and East-West Highway (MD-410) in PG County. Our BIG, **bold**, colorful, and thought-provoking signs on a broad range of current issues--as well as some of our attendees in blowups or costumes--elicit an *insane* amount of honks, smiles, and thumbs up from passing motorists. We turn that normally placid intersection into a wild carnival of resistance to the Regime. Give it a try, we guarantee you will walk away feeling politically empowered! Being visible out on the sidewalks gives other people hope and the sense that they are not alone. While someone beeping their horn or giving a thumbs up may seem like an insignificant gesture, for some just taking that t-i-n-y step may be the first time they realize “Hmm, I actually agree with what they’re saying...” And who knows, their honk may influence the nonresponsive driver next to them. We always bring out a bunch of cool signs but bring your own if you prefer. Sunglasses, a hat, and drinking water recommended. Local street parking is available nearby, but you can also park at the Church of the Brethren parking lot 2 blocks north on Route 1 at Tuckerman. We do cancel if rainy/icy weather. *A core principle behind all Indivisible events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values.*

At the pro-democracy dance party at Baltimore Penn Station, we dance to celebrate our freedoms--to love, speak our minds, and move our bodies. We dance for democracy, the disappeared, for peace, for truth, and for each other! The pro-democracy dance party creates a visual spectacle that draws the curious attention of many passersby, with whom we share literature about the pro-democracy movement. Many can't help but join in! Bring your pro-democracy sign, your friends and your dancing shoes and defy the authoritarians with JOY! Sponsored by Allies for Democracy and the Golden Dance Experiment * Fourth Fridays in case of inclement weather

Are you from the greater Baltimore Area and like orange crushes? Do you want on in a can?
That's basically what this is. This is the closest I've tasted to a pre-made orange crush I've had. For those not from Maryland, an orange crush is comprised of orange vodka, triple sec, orange juice, and sometimes a splash of Sprite. That's what this tastes like. You can legitimately get orange juice flavor from it. And it goes down smooooooth.
Also, they're actually made in Baltimore, which is cool.
Anyway, I'm impressed. Will get more and drink again.
