I think I have an identity crisis. Nowadays, I feel stuck choosing the most unique username for myself to represent me online, uniform across all instances or platforms such as Instagram, Mastodon, Threads. When I switch to other handles, the risk is I will feel unsatisfied and want to switch again. But there is also the possibility that I will love that 'the one' online handle. This is an important thing for me: a unique handle that represent myself. 'kalvincj' has already been reserved on some platforms. The others do not seem satisfying to me, such as 'kaeseafour', 'kaerypheur', 'kaerisonic'. The current handle seems spammy to me.

Surfing the #Ethnography and #Education website, I clicked on “Most Read”, and realised that my article on #selfrepresentation #trust and affording #participant perspectives through video diaries is the #1 read article of last year, with a whopping 1000 downloads. I am truly happy that this contribution resonated with so many. Are you also interested in developing a strong participant perspective in ethnographic work?
