TIL macOS still can't record internal audio natively in 2026. Deliberate security choice by Apple, apparently.

I tested every workaround — BlackHole (free virtual audio driver) works great once you get past the Audio MIDI Setup dance. CleanShot X just works out of the box if you don't mind $29/yr.

Alternativ: KDE Spectacle kann inzwischen Screenshots und Screenrecording.

Viele fahren ganz gut mit der Kombi Flameshot + Kooha/Peek
