In Sept, 6 Colorado voters filed the suit argueing that Trump is ineligible to hold office again under the #14thAmendment’s §3. That section disqualifies anyone who “engaged in insurrection or rebellion” against the #Constitution after having taken an #oath to support it.

Americans who mistreated Iraqi #POWs were #CourtMartialed, #convicted, & #sentenced to time in military #prisons. The British still agonize over the past behavior of their soldiers in Northern Ireland, & the French over theirs in Algeria.

#Russia’s invasion of #Ukraine & #Hamas’s surprise attack on the #civilians of #Israel are both blatant rejections of that #RulesBasedWorldOrder, & they herald something new.
