Brewing a Czech Pale Lager (about 11°P) with a whirlpool of my own Riwaka hops from last season. Dried and vacuum packed for just such an occasion.
Riwaka after drying - 140g this year vs 80g last year. And there is still that less mature and smaller bine that I might get to harvest. Likely bringing it up to 2X the harvest in year two of growing these. When I split the rhizomes and can grow maybe three sets of bines I’ll be in fantastic shape for Riwaka.
Now to keep nurturing my Wakatu, East Kent Goldings and Perle.
Might need to plant in a new area if they keep being this successful
