Jeff Smith スミスQuick harvest of one bine of my Riwaka hops. Storm coming in and it is getting windy. Maybe a bit early to harvest these but I don’t want them to get destroyed and then have nothing. Will see what happens with the other bine that I’m leaving unpicked.
Four trays go in to the dehydrator at low low temp. Next week some of these will go into the whirlpool of a Czech pale lager. They are a child of Saaz after all.
