The hop harvest is over, but #FreshHop beers are still drinking great right now, with many still available both on tap and in retail. I’ve been enjoying my fair share, and one of those is the latest Farm to Market series beer from Portland’s #ZupansMarkets and #HettyAliceBeers — Flash Frozen Fresh Hop IPA.

First #FreshHop #beer of the season! Fresh Hop Strata Valley Fog Hazy IPA from #HettyAliceBeer is currently pouring in #BendOregon at On Tap. It's got a lightly spicy note of fresh greens (dandelion) with a hint of dried grass or hay and stone fruit wrapped up in a hazy package. Cheers! 🍻
Portland’s #LivingHäusBeer brewed up #FreshHop Cole IPA in collaboration with #HumbleSeaBrewing using fresh Centennial hops from #GoschieFarms, and the result is a bright IPA that’s piney, dank, and herbal. It’s a nice addition to the fresh hop fridge this year. Cheers! 🍻
I always enjoy the #FreshHop beers from @#LittleBeastBrewing and this year’s edition of Fresh Hop Pinetop IPA brings it, leaning into piney, earthy, fresh-herb character with a touch of citrus and bright fresh flavors. This is one of those must-try fresh hop beers if you can get your hands on it. Cheers! 🍻
One of the best things about #FreshHop season is that fresh hop beers are available everywhere! I enjoyed these two at On Tap (taphouse and food cart pod in #BendOregon) a couple of weeks back – #StormBreakerBrewing Fresh Hop Oregon IPA and #GreatNotionBrewing Fresh Hop Easy Lift IPA – and now, On Tap has 7(!) fresh hop beers pouring. It really is the best season! Cheers! 🍻
Another of the #FreshHop beers brewed up by #BossRamblerBeerClub this year with the brewery’s liquid nitrogen freeze-and-shatter method is Liquid Fresh, a double dry-hopped west coast IPA brewed with fresh Strata hops from #ColemanAgriculture. I found it to have an herbal aroma along with earthy flavors featuring a touch of peppery spice. It’s less in-your-face than others I’ve had this year but well-brewed. Cheers! 🍻

The #FreshHop beers from #DoubleMountainBrewery have returned, and in conjunction with the releases, the brewery sent me a bottle of this year’s Killer Green Fresh Hop IPA. The other standards are back as well—Killer Red Fresh Hop IRA, and Fresh Hop Iowa Bar Fight—and this year, there’s going to be a fresh hop edition of Velvet Wallpaper IPA too.
