My retro-style Black Templar Castellan is now down, with some nice photos taken in my lightbox instead of with my phone camera. I'm pretty pleased with how he turned out, especially as I tried to replicate the appearance on the famous piece of John Blanche artwork that he was inspired by.

Today I met with folks at the local painting club and started work on my Castellan. I painted him a while ago with Contrasts, but hated it. After the fun I had painting in a retro style, I figured I'd give it a shot on this model.
