Excited for the new box set this summer, so I grabbed a Blood Angel off the shelf to test speed paint technique for the troops.

If I get a good routine in place for the Intercessors, Vanguard, and Eradicators, then I can put focused effort into the four characters.

This state took about an hour, starting from primed and quickly covered in dark red Speed Paint.

I can't tell the difference!

I found out this morning that two more deluxe ccg starters were released, for Iron Blooded Orphans and GQuuuuuX, and being a mark, bought them both off ebay. Well, just the sprues, for a substantial discount.

Da unsere #Orks armee für die #OPR apocalypse schlacht mehr Transporter braucht habe ich mal mit basteln begonnen. Ich hatte keine Lust, den selben Transporter einfach 10x zu drucken. Das entspricht nicht dem, wie ich mir die #Grünies vorstelle. Also hab ich aus einem imperialien Container einen Ork APV gebaut. Das sind für mich die schönsten Projekte, bei denen man auch mal Fehldrucke etc verbauen kann!

@loji They're honestly pretty close in scale, especially with Catalyst's most recent stuff. It's hard to tell, entirely, because of action poses and different builds, but here's a photo next to a recent catalyst Marauder 2.
