The moment I saw this model for a crowman in the Cathay box I knew how I was gonna paint it up.

Growing up we had a Magpie that would fly down, and walk right up to our back door. It’d do this beautiful warble and we’d feed it some sausage.

So here’s my little tribute to “Jack-o” the Magpie.

Sister Joan of the “Procession of Sacred Affliction” (they all have leprosy). That’s three minis painted today: a good painting day. It’s only 10pm so might paint one more, not sure yet.
